Is the most inspirational feeling to me...

Falling in and out of Love creates an energy in me that some would say is 

UN controllable ...

This is one emotion that truly inspires!

I would change my whole world over the emotion that is LOVE.

I am now taking my 1st steps forward in a direction that allows me to completely and solely concentrate on developing my creative ability in Arts and Design.  When I first entered into the world of Interior design I was very much involved in all aspects of design with my ability as a creative artist I could put my hand to all areas of developing my ideas for Interiors, painting, making, hanging, tiling ...you name it I did it.  But as I grew and each job got bigger and better than the one before, then over the years I found myself concentrating more on management of each project which led to  leaving my creative ability behind me.

The passing of my Father earlier this year really did high light to me the importance of family. I very quickly realised how un happy I was with the way the industry of Design and build was going and the unnecessary pressure I was putting onto myself which led to me spending more time away from the people that meant the most to me MY FAMILY.

I will not be leaving the world of  Interiors completely behind me, I can't just shut the door on 22 yrs. of Design and build.  The knowledge I have have developed over the years in product and design can still make a difference in developing the Design and build industry but manly concentrating  on spatial Architectural side of Interiors, encouraging people to take the correct path in the design and advance the  process of a project, concentrating on developing a look from the layout and the functionality of project before planing tender etc.... to ultimately lead to a much more of a successful project especially in the areas of cost and time.

FOR 20 YRS I LOST MY WAY...

THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING NEW...I KNOW THIS ROAD IS LONG

BUT THE COMPLETE FREEDOM TO BE ME IS NOW THE CHOSEN ROAD

IT HAS TAKEN ME 41 YEARS TO FIND THE RIGHT PATH ....

THE LAST LESSON MY FATHER TAUGHT ME BEFORE IS PASSED AWAY

My heart got shown a door
which i walked up too..I looked into the opening 
Before me I saw a shear drop

He said JUMP!
I Jumped ...I grew wings...big beautiful wings..
I started to fly

Then he threw a Dagger....

did it pass me...?

This man is mine all mine and I'm am his all his .. This man is the man that held me in his arms the 1st touch the 1 st kiss ... This man this man who is all mine taught me how to feel how to understand & most importantly how to believe... Believe in my heart believe in my dreams believe in all that I can be .. Just to always ..always be me!
This man this man that is mine that watched me grow guided cared & loved.. this man this man that is mine is being pulled away from the ones he love ... his body & mind slowly being taken so cruelly & too soon...This is the man I trust.. this is the man I love so deep & strong .. This man is my heart my soul my body my love ..
This man that is mine all mine is my dad my daddy this man is the only man I have ever loved trusted & believed ..this man strong devoted loving & loyal husband .. Father of 3 daughters & proud grandfather of 6 this man so true.. this man i looked up too and relied apon ....this man the head of the family so tall & strong now leaving me .. This is so so very wrong...
I close my eyes is pain & disbelief .. My heart is leaving me my strength has gone .. I'm on my knees praying please God please don't let it be long ..

THE KITCHEN AT MY NEWLY APPOINTED LONDON PROJECT 

WAS ALL MELLOW YELLOW ..

IN FACT THE WHOLE HOUSE WAS MATCH

 FROM ONE STRAND OF COL BAND ...

YELLOW TO BROWN..NOT VERY NICE

SO I WANTED TO INJECT SOME INDIVIDUALITY INTO THE HOUSE

 TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD

I GAVE THIS KITCHEN SOME EDGE 

RE PAINTING WITH A GUN METAL METALLIC COLOUR

GIVING THE KITCHEN A STRIKING

WELL NEEDED CONTRAST

THE DRAWING ROOM REMINDED ME OF A FUNERAL PARLOUR

BANDED IN MELOW YELLOW PAINT WITH DEEP DAMASK WALL PAPER 

THE COLOUR CHOICE DROWNED THE SPACE

PERIOD PROPERTIES WITH THERE VERY HIGH

CEILINGS CAN FEEL LIKE THERE IS MORE SPACE

THAN THERE ACTUALLY IS

SO USING THIS DOWDY COLOUR DID THIS SPACE NO FAVOURS

SO I DECIDED TO TRANSFORM THIS SPACE

WHITE PERFECTLY POLISH WALLS

THIS GAVE THIS ROOM A WELL NEEDED TRANSFORMATION

FOR THE BETTER

WITH A UNIQUE BUT STYLISH LAYOUT OF SEATING

OF THIS SPACE TO A DINING ROOM

WITH UNIQUE THOUGHT CLEVER DESIGNING

THE SPACE WAS PERFECTLY TRANSFORMED

I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED

AT MY NEWLY APPOINTED PROJECT

HOW BAD A CONDITION THE OUTDOOR SPACE WAS ..

BUT WITH A SLIGHT CHANGE A FULL ON CLEAN UP 

I MANAGED TO GIVE THIS OUTDOOR SPACE 

THIS KICK UP THE ARSE IT NEEDED

CONTRAST ...BLAND IS ALWAYS NOT GOOD IN THE WORLD OF DESIGN

 WITH SOFT PLANTING OF EVER GREEN SHRUBS ...THIS SOFT CHANGE 

GAVE THIS LONDON OUTDOOR AREA THE MOUTH TO MOUTH IT SO NEEDED

 FOR A DINING ROOM BUT I HAD TO CHANGE IT 

TO A FAMILY CHILL OUT ROOM..

MAKING GOOD PRACTICAL USE OF THE AWKWARD SPACE UNDER THE STAIRS

I WORKED ON A BAR DESIGN ADDED SLDING DOORS

BESPOKE DETAIL INSPIRED BY MOTHER NATURE HERSELF

WORKING WITH PRE DYED HIGH GLOSS MACASSAR 

& SMOKED MIRROR

FULL HEIGHT DOORS THAT GLIDED OPEN TO 

REVEAL A BAR AREA

MY CLIENTS BRIEF WAS TO CREATE A SEATING AREA THAT ENABLED THEM

TO LIE RELAX AS THEY WOULD ON A BED 

SO NOT TO CONSUME THE LITTLE SPACE I HAD I DESIGNED A HALF MOON SOFA

UPHOLSTERED THE SOFA IN A VERY SOFT LEATHER AND FINISHED THE LAYOUT WITH A FOOTSTOOL ..

SO ALL PARTIES RELAXING COULD WATCH TV WITH AMAZING COMFORT

Every young boys dream bedroom....Wall 2 Wall super hero ...when your collecting ideas to create a space like this ...it is very important to include the kids..to make them feel that the space is unique for them... I enjoy jamming with young people..fresh thinking & adventurous ..the results speak for themselves ...

  I HAD THIS VISION THAT I COULD'NT LET GO OF ..

CREATING A BEAUTIFUL NATURAL UNIQUE LUXURY POOL..

I FELL IN LOVE WITH A SEMI PRECIOUS STONE BLUE TIGERS EYE...

WHICH GAVE BIRTH TO THE ELEMENTS THAT

 ENABLED ME TO DEVELOP THIS DESIGN......

AS THE PROGRESSION OF THIS SPACE EVOLVED A FEW ALTERATIONS TO DESIGN

HAD TO BE MADE ..EVEN THOUGH THE INITIAL INSPIRATION

 CAME FROM THE ELEMENTS MANLY TIGERS EYE..

.UNFORTUNATELY IT HAD TO BE REMOVED

FROM THE DESIGN ..

& WE KEPT TO THE GREY STONE & BELGIUM BLUE LIMESTONE

THE AMAZING EFFORT & ALL THE CHALLENGES 

THAT HAVE BEEN OVERCOME BY MYSELF TILER & CONTRACTOR...

WATCHING MY DESIGNS NOW COME TO LIFE

IS A THRILLING EXPERIENCE

THE DETAIL & QUALITY OF THE EXECUTION IS IMENSE...
